CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES: •Must be made at least 24hours in advance. If you make changes to your appointment after this period, you will lose your deposit to schedule a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. •Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee charged to the card on file, and a new deposit will be necessary to reschedule. If I don’t have a card on file for you, you will be required to send the fee/via Zelle within an hour of the change. Failure to process the charge will lead to a ban on future appointments. •No-Call, No-Show: You will forfeit your deposit & the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. You will be banned from booking future appointments.
